The OSHA 10 is a two-day program covering required OSHA Introduction to OSHA, Focus Four, PPE, Health, Material Handling, Cranes/Rigging, Hand and Power Tools, Excavation Safety Awareness, Construction Confined Space.

OSHA 30 is a four-day program covering not only the above hazardous recognition topics, but abatement considerations for those standards noted and approximately seven more standards. The course can be designed to include Excavation Safety CPT and/or Construction Confined Space CPT, and Foremen Leadership Training credentials. as well.
